Served by Others

Someone once told me it takes a village to raise a child, and I am a true believer of that.  This statement has become more and more true in our lives.  We have been surrounded the last six weeks by an incredible community of people. I can not express how THANKFUL I am for all of the help we have received as we have transitioned from a family of three to four is unbelievable at times.  Those that we consider to be our friends, family, neighbors, and community have truly blessed us in  so many ways.  The ways that we have been served have been countless.  One of the things that I have learned is that our family  has extended beyond those that are blood.   We LOVE our immediate families, and they have served and loved us.  However, those who we have been apart of our lives through church, jobs, and in our neighborhood have also blessed us.  One of the greatest blessings we have received is numerous meals and play dates.  These play dates are not only excellent for Brynn, but they have helped all of us continue.   Brynn has LOVED each play date, and at times I tell Matt her social schedule is better than ours at times.  :)   We wanted to highlight some of the great times.
